Our Merchant Return Policy:

1. Not all items are refundable. 
   There is a 7-day return policy for non-personalized items. These items will be charged the shipping, and a 20% restocking fee. 
2. We do not give refunds for items held more than 7 days.
3. We do not give refunds on our Cake Toppers, Carriage Baskets Parasols or wooden made items such as storks, parasols, rocking horses, blocks or trikes.  It is the  customers responsiblity to file a claim with the postal service for damaged merchandise
4. There are no returns for items that are personalized, Ex: Keepsake Ribbon, Custom decorated items such as Center pieces, Parasols, custom made corsages/capias etc.. NOTE:
   (Custom made items are refundable ONLY if we made an error in processing the order and it is returned within 7 business days of customer receipt as per tracking records.)
5. In order to receive a refund you are required to EMAIL US to receive an authorization number and the correct address to return the item to.
6. No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization.
7. Personalized or custom made items are not refundable.
8. If an item is received damaged you may ask us to replace it or refund your money. If the item is damaged we will ask you to return it to us and we will replace the item. If you decide you would like a refund you will need a return authorization before shipping the item back to us.
